Contact information is used to deliver the products you order or to solve any problem with your order. Registration information is used to notify you of upgrades to your product or related tools. Unless you instruct us otherwise, we interpret your giving us your email address when you order as permission to notify you of upgrades in product-specific mailings. We have never given or sold our customer list to anyone.

Shipping & Delivery
For orders outside of the continental US, please call for shipping charges. Orders placed on our site usually ship within 48 hours, Monday through Friday excluding holidays throughout the year, regardless of the shipment method chosen. Choosing Expedited Service (UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day or UPS 3rd Day Select) may reduce the amount of time your order spends in transit. You should check, UPS TRACKING on shipping times to your location. If an item is temporarily out of stock, and cannot be shipped in 48 hours you will receive a notice indicating same. A street address is required for all UPS Shipments.

Sales Tax
Tax is charged only on items shipped to Illinois (USA). If you are in Illinois (USA) and are tax exempt, please fax your certificate to: 618-467-0030.

No material will be accepted for return without an authorization number (RMA).
